Lower Extremity Program
The Knee Joint’s Lower Extremity Program is a progressive strength and rehabilitation program focused on the muscles that surround the hip, knee, and ankle. It is a tiered approach that gradually increases in intensity and complexity (Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced), allowing users to build strength, mobility, and stability over time.

Upper Extremity Program
The Throwers 10 Exercise Program linked below is a fantastic set of recommendations by Kevin Wilk. It’s “designed to exercise the major muscles necessary for overhead athletes. The Program's goal is to be an organized and concise exercise program. In addition, all exercises included are specific to the overhead athlete and are designed to improve strength, power and endurance of the shoulder complex musculature.” The file lives on Kevin’s site. Danielle Sartori, PT, DPT, CSCS
Dr. Danielle Sartori graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine in 2004 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. She has been practicing since graduation with a strong emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
